We will introduce you to a deliciuos recipe .
Ladies, gentlemen, and all you pleasure loving people:

From the land of Sangiovese and Tortellini, enjoy the Ragù!

We're doing two versions of the ragù: one for the cannivores and one for others.

So we need minced meat...

... and granulated soy. Soak in hot water according to the instructions on the package.

That is what a carrot looks like. Carrots are OK, but they are high on the glycemic index.

Chop carrots. women love doing it. Do the same with celery.
Now you need to be brave. Chop onions - plenty of them.

Cut the tomatoes in small pieces, and cook them, until it seems like the brain of Cardinal Bellarmine:

"To assert that the earth revolves around the sun is as erroneous as to claim that Jesus was not born of a virgin."- Cardinal Bellarmine -(said during the trial of Galileo).

Fry onions, carrots, chopped celery sticks in extra vergine olive oil.
The best thing is to cook with your neighbours, so you can use their stove as well...
You might end up making many different kinds of ragu:
vegetarian spicy, vegetarian plain, with meat spicy, without celery ... viva la differenza!

Add the brain, mhm, minced meat or soaked soy.

"Why on earth do would-be cooks adopt cooking standards of how to prepare a decent meal? " - Gijsbert Pols, the Dining Dutchman

.And, naturally, some red wine to all the different kinds of ragu.

"Wine is the world's answer to the sun." - Margeret Fuller

Bring water to boil for the pasta, and don't forget the salt.

"Let yourself be open and life will be easier. A spoon of salt in a glass of water makes the water undrinkable. A spoon of salt in a lake is almost unnoticed." - Buddha

And remember: ragu is NOT bolognese, and penne are NOT spaghetti.

"Religions are many and diverse, but reason and goodness are one." - Elbert Hubbard

Now we have the same reason and goodness on two different ways.

It's the real Unity, and it will live inside of us in a few minutes.

"A clear conscience makes you very happy and contented; but a full stomach does the business quite as well, and is cheaper, and more easily obtained" - Jerome K. Jerome - Three Men in a boat
